Yooku

Yooku is the master rider in his tribe. His species can be found in the tropical rainforests of Africa, where they live in close symbiosis with the goliath beetle. At birth, the young get paired with a goliath Beetle egg by an elder and grow up together. In their adolescence they have to nurish the larvae and protect it during pupation. With the emergence of the beetle from its pupae, a rite of passage is performed by its guardian to become a rider. In a 5-day iboga ceremony, the rider and the beetle get their energies matched and are linked forever, shown by the outgrowth on the goliaths shield. Now a man, Yooku provides for his tribe and hunts in the african tropical undergrowth.
